Pastor Robyn C. Seay founded Crossover Church with her husband, Timothy L. Seay in October 1987. She currently serves Crossover Church as Associate Pastor over Pastoral Care, Women's Ministry, and Purpose Groups.
Pastor Robyn received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She acknowledged a call to full-time ministry while attending Evangel Temple and was later licensed and ordained in Crossover Church.
Pastor Robyn has a zest for life, God's people, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. Robyn has a burden to help those in need and to encourage them to embrace all that God has called them to do in His service. Her mission and vision are to serve the Lord, her husband, and her church family. Pastor Robyn has been married to Pastor Tim since 1985 and they are the proud parents of Noel Vashti and Timothy Destiny. |

Pastor Deborah Evans is an anointed preacher and teacher of God's word. As an Associate Pastor of Crossover Church, Deborah serves as the Dean of the Emmanuel Bible Institute, oversees New Members Orientation, Discipleship Ministry, Altar Ministry and much more. She has also previously served for ten years as the leader of the women's ministry. Pastor Deborah has a Bachelor of Christian Education and is currently completing her Masters in Christian Counseling. In addition, she is author and mentor to many in the body of Christ. She is the wife of Minister Roger Evans and the mother of two children, Gabrielle and Raphael. She and Minister Roger provide in-depth pre-marital counseling. Pastor Evans' desire is to see the people of God grow in the knowledge of His word and to live to their full potential and to see those without hope, experience hope in God.

Pastor Ivan McDowell is a founding member of Crossover Church and served as the first musician/worship leader at Crossover Church. He was also the first minister to be licensed after the founding of the church. He currently serves as the Assistant Minister of Music and oversees multiple visionary ministries including the development of the television and counseling ministries.
Pastor McDowell has a passion for worship and praise and loves to see the people of God renewed, convicted, and encouraged by the ministry of music. He also has a love for the Word of God and enjoys teaching the Word clearly and effectively through the spoken word and in song.
Pastor McDowell is a native of Washington, DC and is married to Karen, his wife of 16 years. They have three children, Stephen, Daniel, and Lauren and currently reside in Hyattsville, Maryland. |

Pastor Babs Olufotebi is a Christian who happens to be a Nigerian. He arrived in the United State in December of 1980 and made the best decision of his life when he joined Crossover Church in 1987. Since joining the church he has served in a number of ministries at the church and was leader of the Ushers Ministry and a Purpose Group for a number of years. He currently serves as an Assistant Pastor to the Senior Pastor and is a core member of the M.I.C.A.H. Men’s Ministry.
Pastor Babs received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Bowie State University in 1984 and a Master of Computer Science degree from Howard University in 1986. Pastor Babs, his wife Remi of 17 years, two sons, Emmanuel and Temitope, two daughters, Adebukola and Ebunoluwa resides in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Pastor Tonya D. Williams , a native of Washington, D.C., attended Elizabeth Seton High School in Bladensburg, MD. Upon graduation she enrolled at the Catholic University of America where she graduated Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education in 1995.
Pastor Tonya received her call into ministry during her undergraduate studies and was licensed to the gospel ministry in December of 1993 at the Isle of Patmos Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. where she also served as a Sunday School teacher and President of the Youth Ministry.
Pastor Tonya received her Masters of Divinity degree in Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry from Vanderbilt University School of Divinity in 1998 where she was named the Kelly Miller Smith Scholar. While studying at Vanderbilt, she served as an associate minister at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Nashville, TN, and was later ordained and appointed the Minister of Christian Education.
Pastor Tonya served as the Senior Pastor of Spirit of Liberty Church in Alexandria, VA from 1998-2002. She currently serves as an assistant pastor of Crossover Church in Hyattsville, MD under the leadership of Senior Pastor and founder, Timothy L. Seay.

Minister Kim Jordan is an accomplished pianist, performer, producer and teacher. A graduate of Howard University, Minister Kim toured the world for 12 years as an arranger and musical director for jazz musician Gil Scott Heron, receiving international acclaim for her live performances from publications such as The London Guardian, and the Washington Post. She served as the national music director at the 44th National Convention of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and directed the Children of the Gospel Concert 2000 at Washington, D.C.'s Kennedy Center. In December 1999, Minister Kim completed her debut CD, "All for You." She also scored the soundtrack for the Showtime movie, Rain, which premiered in July, 2002.
In 2001, Minister Kim was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel at Crossover Church, under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Timothy L. Seay. She serves as Crossover Church's Minister of Arts and Community Worship. Visit her website: www.kimjordan.com |
